![]() The only users that MUST update to V4.3 are CAMEO 4 users. Silhouette Studio V4.3 can be used to operate Silhouette CAMEO 1/2/3 and Portrait machines, but it doesn't have to. I am using a CAMEO 3 and I accidentally updated to Silhouette Studio V4.3 and now I am having problems. We're now working to adjust the machine preparation process in order to resolve this going forward. If that happens, simply push on the carriage cover back and/or down until it clicks back into place. It’s possible that while you are pulling the tape off of your machine that the tool carriage cover may become dislodged, thus causing the rattling sounds.
